01 For professionals

Personal branding services in India — for doctors, consultants, coaches and founders

When someone types your name into an AI assistant, an answer appears. ProminAI makes sure it's accurate, complete and yours.

Answer

ProminAI's personal-brand programme builds the public record AI systems read about an individual: role and credentials, areas of expertise, notable work, services offered and how to make contact — published as independent, verifiable evidence rather than self-description. Entry starts at ₹3,499 + GST for one published article.

The full ₹3,499 is adjusted against your membership if you upgrade within 30 days.

02 The diagnosis

What does AI say when someone searches your name?

Answer

For most Indian professionals, one of three things: nothing useful, a version of you that is wrong or years out of date, or a confident recommendation of a peer instead. All three have the same cause — the public record about you is thin, inconsistent or absent — and the same fix: build it, verify it, and keep it current.

01

Nothing comes back.

Your expertise lives in your work and in your clients' heads — referrals, outcomes, reputation among peers. Almost none of it exists in public, machine-readable form. So the system assembles a generic answer, and your name never enters the sentence.

02

The wrong you.

A similarly-named person in another city. An outdated designation. A hospital you left in 2021. A qualification listed incorrectly on a directory you forgot exists. AI systems repeat these details confidently, to the exact people checking you out.

03

Someone else's name.

A peer with a published record — articles, consistent profiles, third-party mentions — is simply easier to recommend than you are. Not better at the work. Easier to describe. That is the whole difference, and it compounds monthly.

Who is [your name]?
Best [your specialty] in [your city]

Type "Who is [your name]?" into ChatGPT. Then "Best [your specialty] in [your city]". Read every small detail — the designation, the affiliation, the city, the spelling.

03 The build

What ProminAI builds for a personal brand

Seven things a machine must know about a person before it can describe one accurately — each verified with you, then published as independent evidence. The engine behind it is the same six-stage cycle described on the how-it-works page.

  1. 01

    Role, title and current affiliation

The first fact a system checks — and the one most often out of date. We fix it everywhere it appears, so "currently at" is actually current.

  2. 02

    Qualifications, registrations and credentials

Degrees, councils, registration numbers where appropriate — stated precisely, consistently, and only as you can substantiate them.

  3. 03

Years of experience and areas of expertise

Not "renowned expert" — a verifiable record: since when, in what, for whom. Machines trust specifics; so do patients and clients.

  4. 04

Notable work, cases, publications and speaking

The evidence layer of a career. We document what can be shown — published work, talks, recognitions — with dates and places.

  5. 05

Services offered and who they're for

The bridge between your name and the buying question. Each service described plainly enough for a system to match it to "who does X in Y?".

  6. 06

Point of view on the industry

What you stand for, in your own words, published under your name. A documented viewpoint is what turns a listing into a person.

  7. 07

How and where to make contact

Consultation locations, booking channels, professional profiles — correct and identical across every surface, so intent can actually reach you.

What about the machine-readable version of you?

Before an AI system reads a word of prose about you, its crawlers read the structured data — the labelled, machine-readable facts that say this name, this profession, this place, these credentials. For most professionals that layer is incomplete, inconsistent, or describes somebody else with the same name. We make sure the machine-readable version of you is complete and consistent too: the same verified facts, in the format the machines read first, agreeing with every human-readable page about you. It is unglamorous work, and it is the difference between being found and being confused with someone.

04 Regulated professions

I'm a doctor, lawyer or financial professional. Are there compliance issues?

Answer

Your regulator's rules govern, and ProminAI works inside them. We publish qualifications, experience and services factually, avoid guarantees of outcome, avoid comparative superlatives, and include the disclosures your profession requires. If your council prohibits something, we do not publish it. You tell us your regulator at onboarding, and it is applied over our own preferences, always.

This matters because the internet is full of professionals who let an agency publish "the best in the city" on their behalf — and then had to explain it. Our editorial rules were strict before any regulator asked: verifiable facts only, no superlatives, nothing published without your written approval. For regulated professions, the compliant path and the effective path are the same path — factual, verifiable public information is precisely the material AI systems weigh.

Professions, what ProminAI will publish, and what it will not publish — described in general terms
Profession What we will publish What we will not publish
Medical — NMC Qualifications, registration, specialisation, services, consultation locations and timings, verifiable experience — stated factually. Outcome guarantees, "best doctor" superlatives, before/after promises, testimonials where restricted, anything your council's advertising norms prohibit.
Legal — BCI Name, qualifications, areas of practice, professional history and contact particulars — the factual, directory-style information the Bar Council's norms contemplate. Solicitation-style promotion, case-win claims, client names without consent, comparative claims against other advocates.
Financial — SEBI / IRDAI / AMFI Registrations and licence numbers, services offered, credentials, educational viewpoints carrying the disclosures your registration requires. Assured-returns language, performance promises, recommendations stripped of required risk disclosures and disclaimers.
Chartered Accountancy — ICAI Firm name, qualifications, services and factual professional particulars within the Institute's permitted norms. Solicitation, comparative superlatives, client lists without permission, promotional claims beyond what the norms allow.

A caveat, stated plainly: this is a description of how we work, not legal advice. Your own regulator's current rules and your professional judgement govern. Norms are summarised here in general terms and change over time — your onboarding records your regulator by name, and your approver sees every word before it is published.

05 Which brand?

Should you build the company brand, the personal brand, or both?

Follow the buyer, not the org chart. The question is simply: when your next customer decides, whose name are they weighing — the firm's, yours, or both?

Which brand to build, depending on how your buyers decide
If… Build Why
Your buyers choose the firm A business brand first Procurement, tenders and committees buy companies. Build the company's public evidence; leadership credentials support it from behind.
Your buyers choose you A personal brand first Patients, clients and students pick a person — the practice follows the practitioner. Build your record; the clinic or firm inherits the trust.
Both are checked before a decision Both, with the split agreed at onboarding Founder-led businesses, boutique firms, senior consultants: diligence runs on the company AND the person. Two Brand Truth Files, one coordinated programme.

If the answer is "both": the Authority (6 months) and Leadership (12 months) memberships are designed to carry a company brand and a founder brand together — two Brand Truth Files, a coordinated question list, and the split of articles and mentions agreed at onboarding rather than improvised later.

07 Professional questions

What do professionals ask before starting?

Can I do this for my company and myself personally?

Yes — and for founder-led businesses it is often the right call, because diligence on the company is diligence on you. AI systems describe brands through their people: a well-documented founder makes the company easier to trust, and a well-documented company makes the founder easier to describe.

Practically, they run as two brand programmes — two Brand Truth Files, two sets of published evidence — because mixing them muddies both entities. Many founders start the company on a membership and take the ₹3,499 Starter for the personal brand to judge the work first, then decide. Tell us the situation on WhatsApp and we will lay out the honest options, including the one where you only need one of the two.

Will my content be written by AI?

Your articles are researched, written and edited by people — the ProminAI editorial team — and every fact is checked against your approved Brand Truth File. We use AI tools the way a modern newsroom does: for research assistance and cross-checking, never as an unedited author and never as a source of facts about you.

Each authority article is fact-based editorial published on StartupFeed with a custom visual, structured so both people and machines can read it. No superlatives we cannot verify, no claims you have not confirmed in writing — and you see every article before it is published. That restraint is exactly what makes it usable as evidence.

Do I own the content?

The materials built for you are yours outright: your Brand Truth File, your photographs and visuals supplied by you, your fix-list, your reports and your baseline records. Take them anywhere, use them in proposals, hand them to another agency — no lock-in, no export fee.

The authority articles work slightly differently, on purpose. They are published by StartupFeed as independent editorial about you — that independence is exactly what makes them valuable evidence (a machine discounts what you publish about yourself). You are free to link them, quote them, excerpt them in your materials and share them anywhere, and they carry no paywall. What you are buying is not a document to file away — it is a live, independent public record.

Do the published articles stay online permanently?

They stay live after your plan ends — same URL, no ongoing fee, no "hosting rental". Your membership pays for the work of researching, writing and publishing; it does not rent the result. That is what we mean when we say you are building an asset, not renting attention.

Honestly stated: no publisher on earth can promise a URL will exist for eternity, and we will not pretend otherwise. What we can say is concrete — StartupFeed maintains its archive as its own core asset, articles are not removed when a plan ends, and if the platform ever restructures, redirects preserve the links. Every live link stays checkable from your portal records.

What if my business has almost no online presence today?

Then you are, oddly, in the cleanest starting position. Brands with years of scattered, contradictory information first need their record repaired; you get to build a correct one from the first brick. Nothing to untangle, nothing arguing with itself.

Two honest notes. Your baseline audit will be blunt — it will likely show you absent from most answers, which is uncomfortable to read and exactly the point of recording it. And starting from little means relative change tends to show sooner, but the timeline promise stays the same as everyone's: published assets in month one, observable change typically from month three. The ₹3,499 Starter is a sensible first step if you want to watch the machine work before committing to a programme.
