Shipping & Delivery Policy

ProminAI supplies professional services and digital deliverables. No physical goods are shipped, no courier is involved, and no shipping charges exist anywhere in our pricing. This page exists because our payment provider rightly requires every merchant to state how customers receive what they pay for.

Delivery is digital, through two channels: the customer portal — where every deliverable is logged with a dated, clickable live link — and email (with WhatsApp updates if you opt in). You receive portal access within 1 working day of the later of payment confirmation and complete onboarding information.

Starter: your article draft is delivered for approval within 24 working hours of complete brand details, and published after your written approval. Memberships: deliverables follow the monthly cycle of your plan, with the monthly report delivered by day 30 of each cycle. Timelines are working-day based (Monday–Saturday, 10:00–19:00 IST) and exclude time waiting on your approvals, which the portal records.

Delivery clocks start when onboarding is complete. If details are missing, we tell you exactly what is missing within 1 working day of your submission, and the plan period does not start against you while we wait. A membership left un-onboarded for 60 days is paused and we contact you before anything else happens.

One method, uniformly: the portal log. Each deliverable appears with its date and a live link you can click and verify. If it cannot be clicked from your portal, it does not count toward your plan — that is the same proof rule we publish everywhere else.
