1. Definitions

In these terms: “ProminAI” is the AI search presence and authority building service operated by StartupFeed ([to be confirmed before launch]), the “Company”, “we” or “us”. “StartupFeed” is the parent editorial platform at startupfeed.in. The “Client” (“you”) is the person or entity that purchases a plan. A “Membership” is any multi-month ProminAI plan; the “Starter” is the one-time ₹3,499 engagement. The “Brand Truth File” is the canonical fact document we build about your brand. A “brand mention” is a live, verifiable appearance of your brand on a third-party surface that meets the quality definition published on our website. An “evidence point” is any single published, verifiable item that documents a claim about your brand. The “portal” is the customer area at https://yehhaiindia.in/portal/ where deliverables are logged with live links. A “quotation” is the written, signed scope document issued for your engagement.

2. The service

ProminAI builds and maintains the public evidence AI systems read when they decide which companies and experts to recommend: a Brand Truth File, published authority content, verified brand mentions, website and profile corrections, and monthly monitoring with a written report, as described by the plan you purchase.

The deliverables in your signed quotation govern the engagement and prevail over this website wherever the two differ. The website is a general description of the service; the quotation is the contract's scope.

3. Fees and payment

All prices are stated exclusive of GST; 18% GST applies to every payment and a GST invoice is issued for each one. Memberships are payable in full in advance unless a written instalment schedule has been approved by us before the engagement starts.

A Membership begins on the later of (a) payment confirmation and (b) receipt of complete onboarding information — so a delay in sending us your details never silently consumes your plan period.

Launch pricing may be revised for future customers at any time. A signed quotation locks your pricing and terms for the period it covers.

4. The Starter credit

If you purchase the Starter and take any Membership within 30 days of your Starter article being published, the full ₹3,499 you paid is adjusted against that Membership. The credit applies once, is not transferable, and has no cash value.

5. Content, accuracy and approvals

You are responsible for the accuracy, ownership and lawfulness of everything you supply to us — facts, figures, credentials, images and claims. We may decline to publish any claim that is unsupported, misleading, defamatory, unlawful or unverifiable, and if you ask us to publish something we cannot verify, we will decline in writing and record the decision.

Nothing is published without your written factual approval. Published content remains subject to StartupFeed's editorial standards and to the policies of any platform on which it appears. Where law or platform policy requires it, paid editorial or promotional relationships are disclosed.

6. Delivery and Delivery Assurance

Timelines may move where your approvals or inputs are delayed; such delays are recorded in the portal so both sides can always see why a date moved. Brand mention counts are cumulative across your plan period rather than owed in equal monthly instalments.

Delivery Assurance: a committed deliverable missed for reasons within our control carries forward at no cost, plus one additional mention batch as a make-good. This is the remedy for missed deliverables and is recorded, like everything else, in the portal.

No specific third-party platform is promised in any plan unless it has been confirmed for your account and written into your quotation.

7. Third-party platforms

ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, Google Search and AI Overviews, and every other AI or search platform are independent third parties. Their responses, citations, rankings, policies and availability are outside our control and may change without notice.

We therefore guarantee no inclusion, no citation, no visibility score, no ranking and no specific number of leads or sales — on any platform, ever. What we guarantee is our own work: every deliverable delivered and documented with a live link, or made good under Delivery Assurance. Anyone who guarantees you a position inside a platform they do not own is describing a wish, not a service.

8. Intellectual property

You own your Brand Truth File outright and may reuse it anywhere, during and after your engagement. Published articles remain hosted on the publishing platform under its editorial policy; you are free to link to, share and quote them without restriction. Each side retains its pre-existing intellectual property; our internal methods, templates and tools remain ours.

9. Confidentiality and data

Information you share with us is used only to deliver the programme. We do not sell it and do not share it except as required to publish approved content or to run the service (for example, our payment processor). You may request a copy of your Brand Truth File and your reports at any time, during and after membership. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Term, suspension and termination

Either party may terminate for material breach on written notice, giving the other a reasonable opportunity to remedy the breach first. We may suspend work while invoices are overdue or while required approvals or inputs are outstanding; suspension under this clause does not extend the plan period unless we agree otherwise in writing. Cancellation and refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

11. Limitation of liability

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with an engagement is capped at the fees you paid us in the period preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost business or loss of goodwill. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory law to the contrary, the courts at [to be confirmed before launch] have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version history at the foot of this page lists every change with its date. Material changes are notified to active clients by email or WhatsApp before they take effect; your signed quotation continues to govern your existing engagement.
