06 Money questions

The money questions, answered before you ask

Do prices include GST? Will I get a GST invoice?

Prices are shown excluding GST; 18% is added at checkout, and the full breakup is shown before you pay. A GST invoice is issued for every payment. Add your GSTIN at checkout and it appears on the invoice so you can claim input credit where eligible.

Is the ₹3,499 Starter refundable?

Once work commences it is not refunded — and work commences fast: research on your article begins within 24 working hours of your brand details. What it is instead is fully creditable: the full ₹3,499 is adjusted against your membership if you upgrade within 30 days. Judge the work; if it convinces you, the trial effectively cost nothing. One Starter credit per brand.

Do memberships auto-renew?

No. Nothing auto-renews and no card details are stored for future charges. Before your plan ends, we share your final report and a renewal proposal; continuing is a decision you take with the results in front of you, not a charge you have to remember to cancel.

What is category + city exclusivity?

On Authority and Leadership plans, you can request that ProminAI works with only one brand in your category in your city for your plan term — one cardiologist in Indore, one packaging manufacturer in Delhi NCR. It is confirmed in writing, subject to availability, at no extra cost.

Request it at checkout or onboarding. If your slot is already taken, we tell you plainly before you pay.

Can I pay in instalments?

The plan fee itself is a single advance payment — that is what lets work begin on day zero without invoicing friction. At checkout, Razorpay may offer EMI or pay-later options on eligible cards and providers; whether those appear depends on your bank, not on us, and any interest is between you and them.

If cash flow is the concern, the honest route is to start smaller: Foundation for a month, or the ₹3,499 Starter first.

Can I upgrade mid-plan?

Yes. Upgrade at any point and the unused value of your current plan is adjusted against the higher one — you never pay twice for the same month. Your Brand Truth File, baseline and portal history all carry forward; nothing restarts.

Do I own the content?

Your Brand Truth File, your reports and your baseline documentation are yours, fully. Published articles live permanently on the platforms that published them — that permanence is precisely what makes them evidence — and you are free to link them, quote them and reuse excerpts with attribution wherever you like.

Your logo, photographs and supplied materials remain your property throughout.

How much does AI visibility cost in India compared to SEO or PR?

Typical Indian market figures: a traditional SEO retainer runs about ₹25,000–₹1,00,000 a month, and a PR agency retainer about ₹75,000–₹3,00,000 a month — both usually on multi-month contracts. A ProminAI membership works out to roughly ₹10,000–₹14,999 a month effective, depending on plan length.
